Your information is used only to arrange and deliver coaching, reply to your enquiries and keep appropriate records. It is never sold or shared for marketing.
We process your information to take steps at your request before entering a contract (booking a consultation), to perform that contract (coaching), and with your explicit consent for any health-related information.
We use a small number of trusted services to run the practice, such as Calendly for bookings and an email provider. They process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
Enquiries that don’t lead to coaching are deleted within 12 months. Coaching records are kept for up to 6 years after your last session, then securely deleted.
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email anu@victim2victor.net to make a request. If you’re unhappy with how your data has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
